1. About KIZA Bespoke

This website is operated by KIZA Bespoke, Dubai, UAE. By using this site, placing an order or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

2. Bespoke commissions

Bespoke garments are made to your personal measurements and specifications. A commission begins once your first fitting is completed and any agreed deposit is received. Because each garment is cut for you alone, bespoke commissions cannot be cancelled once cutting has begun, and are not eligible for return; alterations are provided by our in-store tailors.

3. Orders & payment

Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card details. An order is confirmed when payment is authorised or, for bespoke commissions, as agreed with the Atelier.

4. Delivery & returns

Delivery and returns are governed by our Delivery and Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Museum Collection rentals

Vintage Classics from the Museum Collection are not for sale and may be rented only by prior arrangement. All rentals must be returned in pristine condition; additional charges apply in the case of damage.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the KIZA Bespoke name, marks, photography and designs — is the property of KIZA Bespoke and may not be reproduced without written permission.
